FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF INSECTICIDE FOGGING EQUIPMENT; AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE
OF SAIZ, AND PRESCRIBIhTG THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON GIHICH SUCH
PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI14ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Brulin & Company, Inc. for the
sale to the City of Paducah, Kentucky of one (1) Dyna Fog 1200-B
manufactured by Curtis Dyna -Products Corporatiob, having the
specifications contained in the Resolution authorizing the ad-
vertisement for bids, adopted by the Board of Commissioners on
April 28, 1964, for the purchase price of $1,895.00, with 1%
discount for payment in ten (10) days after delivery, be accepted,
and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to enter into and execute a contract, on behalf of the
City, for the purchase of same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced and
remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in
the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
