AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF McCRACKEN MORTGAGE
CORPORATION, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY IN AND TO LOT NO. 1 IN BLOCK NO. 7, CHAMBLIN,
MURRAY AND BROtidN ADDITION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE THERETO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of McCracken Mortgage Corporation, Inc, in the amount of $200.00
for the purchase of the interest of said city in and to the following
land situated in said city:
Lot No.l in Block No. 7 in Chamblin,
Murray and Brown Addition to the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, a plat of which
is of record in Plat Book "A", page 136
in the McCracken County Court Clerk's
Office.
SECTION 2. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of $200.00
to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, a quit claim
deed conveying all the interest of the City in and to said property
to said purchaser with no warranty as to title, and subject to any
state of facts that mifiht be shown by an accurate survey.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
