AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE FURTHER REGULATING TRAVEL AND TRAFFIC AND THE
PARKING OF VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING
THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, ON
SEPTEMBER 1, 1942
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance having the
title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners
on September 1, 1942, be, and the same is hereby, amended and
reordained so that said section as so amended and reordained shall
read as follows:
"SECTION 1.It shall be unlawful for the operator of any
vehicle when approaching an intersection to make either a right
or left turn and'drive through a vacant lot or a lot upon which
is located any place of business, instead of making a right or
left turn at the intersection."
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
