AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED

PADUCAH, KENTUCKY", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
ON FEBRUARY 25, 1964

j BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the title
quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on
February 25, 1964, be, and the same is hereby amended so that said
section as amended shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1_ That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby
authorize the closing of portions of certain streets and alleys in
and adjoining Chamblin, Murray and Brown Addition to Paducah, Kentucky,
described as follows:
1 That portion of Bough Street (formerly Olive Street)
extending from the south line of Brown Avenue to the
north line of the Beltline Highway. However the said
City of Paducah does expressly reserve to itself and its
departments and agencies the perpetual right and easement
to construct, maintain and repair sewers, water lines
and electric power lines on, over and under said portion
of said street.
2 That portion of Murrav Avenue extending from the east
line of Bough Street 400 feet, more or less, to the
east line of Chamblin, Murray and Brown Addition.
3 That portion of Chamblin Avenue extending from the east
line of Bough Street 400 feet, more or less, to the
east line of Chamblin, Murray and Brown Addition.
4 That portion of Hymarsh Avenue extending from the east
line of Bough Street 400 feet, more or less, to the
east line of Chamblin, Murray and Brown Addition,
except that portion of same now in the Beltline Highway
right-of-way.
5 The 15 foot alley in Block 3 of Chamblin, Murray and
Prom Addition extending from the east line of Bough
Street 4G0 feet, more or less, to the east line of
said addition.
6 The 15 foot alley in Block 2 of Chamblin, Murray and
Brown Addition extending from the east line of Bough
Street LOO feet, more or less to the east line of
said addition.
? That portion of the 15 foot alley in Block 1 of
Chamblin, ',.urrav and Prown Addition extending from the
P_eltline Highwav to the east line of said addition."

and after its adoption.
