RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COFIMISSIONERS OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
That Raleigh L. Brockman, City Manager, be and he is
hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of City of
Paducah, a public entity established under the laws of the
State of Kentucky, this application and to file it in the
appropriate State office for the purpose of /obtaining
certain Federal financial assistance under the Federal
Disaster Act (Public Lair 875, 81st Conpress; 42 U.S.C.
1P55 -1555i-).
