McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COMr,1ISSION RESPECTING THE AMENDMENT OF
SECTION 22 -A -3-(b) OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1961, AND
AMENDING SAID SECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1__ That a resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken
County Planning Commission on P?arch !,, 1964, entitled "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH -McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING
COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF SECTION 227A -3-(b) OF THE PADUCAH
ZONING ORDINANCE -1961", shall be, and.it is hereby, approved as the
final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That Sectiob 22 -A -3-(b) of the Paducah Zoning Ordinance -
1961 (Ordinance Rook 14, page 507) shall be, and it is hereby, amended,
so that in its amended state it will read as follows:
"(b) Bank (including drive-in bank, which shall be
subject to the provisions of Section 24-A-3 hereof)"
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
