A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO DESIGNATE ROY STEVJART,
COUNTY JUDGE OF McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, AS AGENT FOR THE
CITY OF PADUCAH IN DEALING WITH FEDERAL AND STATE AGENCIES
PERTAINING TO PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COPS?ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Mayor Robert C. Cherry be, and he is hereby,
authorized to designate Roy Stewart, County Judge of McCracken
County, Kentucky, to act as agent for the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
in dealing with Federal and State agencies, and to sign all
necessary applications and supporting documents for Federal funds
under the Hospital and Medical Facilities survey and Construction
program for the Paducah -McCracken County Health Department.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
