ABUTTING THE SOUTH SIDE OF BETHEL STREET FOR THE WIDENING OF SAID
STREET
WHEREAS the Paducah -McCracken County Planning Commission_
has referred to this Body a plat which it has approved respecting
the resubdivision of property located at the intersection of Beltline
Highway and Bethel Street, known as Tract 21 of the Urhan Renewal
Project No. Ky. R-15, which said plat contains the dedication of
a 5 -foot strip of land for the widening of Bethel street, and
WHEREAS said Commission has recommended that this Body
accept such dedication, and
WHEREAS such action would appear within the best interests
of the City of Paducah,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP+MISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH:
SECTION 1. That the dedication of the aforesaid strip of land,
as set forth on said plat, shall be, and it is hereby, accepted.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect .from and after its adoption.
