AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF PAY FOR CERTAIN
NON -CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH", WHICH WAS
ADOPTED ON MARCH 16, 1957, AND AMENDED ON JANUARY 22, 1963
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance
containing the
title quoted above, which was adopted on March
16, 1957, and amended
on January 22, 1963, be, and the same is hereby
amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained
shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1. That the monthly or hourly rate
of compensation
to the following• non -civil service employees of
the City of Paducah
shall be the amount set opposite the designation
of such employment,
to -wit:

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict,
hereby repealed.

SECTION 3, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and shall be retroactive to December 1,
1963.
