COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) 1963 FORD TRACTOR FOR
USE BY THE FLOODWALL DEPARTMENT, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS
UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of Vasseur Tractor & Implement Company in the sum of $2,488.48,
less $206.00 for trade-in of one (1) 1946 Model Case Tractor,
making a total of $2,282.L..8 for one (1) new 1963 Ford 2000, low
center of gravity, gasoline tractor, having specifications as
set out in the bid submitted by said Company.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of a tractor
as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form
in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted .
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
