"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT TO BE CHARGED PROPERTY OWNERS
FOR CONNECTING TO CITY SANITARY SEWERS CONSTRUCTED IN AND NEAR THE
TERRITORY ANNEXED TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, ON AUGUST 15, 1961, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CONNECTION
PERT°ITS, PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE CONNECTION CHARGE AND
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF", WHICH
WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON SEPTEMBER 10, 1963
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C014MISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the title
quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on
September 10, 1963, be, and the same is hereby amended so that said
Section as amended shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1. That a charge of $750.00 is hereby established to
be charged to property owners connecting to city sanitary sewers
constructed in and near the territory annexed to the corporate limits
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, on August 15, 1961, which annexed
territory is described in said ordinance of record in Ordinance Book 14,
page 595 in the office of the Citv Clerk of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
which said amount of $750.00 shall he paid to the City Treasurer."
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption..
