IPI THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COPS•?ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby
authorize the &losing of a certain portion of Owen Street in said
City described as follows:
All that portion of Owen Street extending
from the south line of the Beltlire Highway
to the northwest line of Maggie Street, said
portion of said street being 40 feet in width.
SECTION 2; That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to institute
and prosecute, pursuant to KRS 94.360, an action in the McCracken
Circuit Court for a judgment ordering the closing of the street
described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
