"AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF PAY FOR CERTAIN
NON -CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH", :'WHICH WAS
ADOPTED ON MARCH 16, 1957, AND AMENDED ON MAY 9, 1961
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF
PADUCAH, K.ENTUCKY,:3
SECTION 1. That Section 1 0£ an ordinance containing the
title quoted above, which was adopted on March 16, 1957, and amended
on May 9, 1961, be, and the same is hereby amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained shall read
as follows:
"SECTION 1. That the monthly or hourly rate of compensation
to the following non -civil serivice employees of the City
of Paducah ;(a
shall be the amount set opposite the designation of such employment, to -wit

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and

on and after February 1, 1963.
