COMPANY, TIPTONVILLE, TENNESSEE, FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF 1000 FEET
OF 22 -INCH FIRE HOSE, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAME, AND PRESCRIBING THE
TERPdS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE 14ADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01124ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Blaze Guard Manufacturing Company
for the same to the Citv of 1000 feet of 2z -inch double ,jacket
dacrom filled cotton fire hose having the specifications contained
in the submitted bid of Blaze Guard Manufacturing Company in the
sum of $1.11 per foot, with 2% discount for payment in ten (10) days,
be accepted, and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to enter into and execute a contract, on behalf of the
City, for the purchase of same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced at a meeting
of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one (1)
week .for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be
put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and
effect ten (10) days thereafter.
