OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR EACH DAY THEY ARE
REQUIRED TO ATTEND ANY COURT WHILE OFF DUTY
BE..IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. From and after the effective date of this
ordinance there shall be paid the sum of $6.00 to each police
officer of the City of Paducah, Kentucky for each day or part
thereof that he is required to attend any court while off duty.
SECTION 2. The compensation provided for in Section 1 here-
of shall be in addition to the regular compensation of police
officers and shall be subject to all current payroll deductions.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after January 1, 1967.
