FROM ACCOUNT NO. 21-1.00 AND THE AMOUNT OF $31,534.78 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 22-400,
BEING A TOTAL SUM OF $51,934.7$, TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE POLICEMEN'S
AND FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, IN SATIS-
FACTION OF THE JUDGMENT ENTERED IN McCRACKEN CIRCUIT COURT ON NOVEMBER 7,
1966 IN CIVIL ACTION NO. 4368 STYLED "BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE POLICEMEN'S
AND FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, PLAINTIFF,
VS CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY ET AL, DEFENDANTS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Manager and City Treasurer are hereby authorized
to pay the amount of $20,400.00 from Account No. 21-400, and the amount of
$31,534.78 from Account No. 22-400, being the sum of $51,934.78, to the
Board of Trustees of the Policemen's and Firemen's Retirement Board of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, in satisfaction of the Judgment entered in the
McCracken Circuit Court on the 7th day of November, 1966, in Civil Action
No. 4368, styled "Board of Trustees of the Policemen's and Firemen's
Retirement Board of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, Plaintiff, VS City of
Paducah, Kentucky et al, Defendants".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which
it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full
force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
