AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF DON H. ENGLISH FOR THE
PURCHASE OF C.RTAIN PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CLARK STREET
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, FENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE I•MYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYAPiCE THERETO
BE I^1 ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CONS'-?ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
1 -.id and offer of Don H. English in the amount of $501.00 for the
purchase of the followiiu property owned hp said City and situated
therein, descrii,ed as follows:
Lot No. 1', Block P;o. 3, Cakland Terrace
Addition to tre Cit., of Paducah as shown
in Flat Book A, pa -e 112, said lot frontinm
r0 feet on the north side of Clark.Street
I-etween l," -h and 17th Streets and extending
hack 1c0 feet in depth.
Beinr the same lot conve-ed to the City of
Pad-cah Iry City of FaduW , et al by Sam
Rinr, Plaster Commissioner, etc. by deed dated
the 21st day of June 191(, and recorded in
Deed Poor. 21", page 20 in t're McCracken County
Court Clerk's Office.
S-CTION 2. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of :`'501.00
to the City Treasurer, the I-••^avor and Citv Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, on ehalf of the Citv of Paducah, Kentuckv, a deed
con,,e�.,ir- said property to said purchaser with no warrant» as to
title and sul,?ect to any state of facts that mi-Irt be shown by an
accurate survev.
SECTIOPi 3. This ordiranre shall le in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
