IN THE A14OUNT OF $-3,.`53.61 FOR THE CONSTRUCTIONi OF SEWERAGE EXTENSIONS FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH., KENTUCKY, CONTRACT D-1966, AUTHORIZING THE CITY PiANIACER TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY, A CONTRACT FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH CONTRACT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COi�ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Faducah, Kentucky, subject to the conditions hereinafter set out, accept the bid of Crolley Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of �73,553.6L for the construction of sewerage extensions, Contract D-1966, subject to all the terms and conditions contained in the documents on which said bidder based its rid for construction, such documents having been prepared by Edward T. Hannan & Associates, Inc. of Faducah, Kentucky, entitled T'SPECIFICATIOi�S FCR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERAGE EXTENSIONS, CONTRACT D-19(6 FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY". SECTION 2. Acceptance of the hid of Crolley Construction Compar-, Inc, as set out in Section 1 hereof shall fe conditioned upon the proper execution of all contract documents by said bidder. SECTICN 3. Upon the approval h« the Corporation Counsel of all bonds and contract documents in connection herewith, the City ManaFer of said Citv is herehv authorized to execute said contract for and on behalf of said City. SECTION I... All sums of money to be paid to the aforesaid Crolley Construction Companv, Inc. shall be paid from the proper funds provided for by the issuance and sale of *600,000.00 Sewer Revenue Bonds of said City, Series of 19(x, and other proper funds of the City. SECTION 5.
