THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WITH PADUCAH JUNIOR COLLEGE AND THE
FISCAL COURT OF McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, AS PLAINTIFFS IN A
DECLARATORY JUDGMENT ACTION IN MCCRACKEN CIRCUIT COURT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COP-'IMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized to ,join the City
as a plaintiff with Paducah Junior College and the Fiscal Court of
McCracken County, Kentucky, in a declaratory Judgment action in
McCracken Circuit Court against one or more representative tax-
payers seeking adjudication of the regulating, binding nature and
effect of the election held on November 6, 1962, with reference to
the annual levy of special taxes in support of said Paducah Junior
College.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
