LOTS 4. AND 5 IN BLOCK 27 OF THE SANDERS ARCADIA SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That, subject to the condition set forth in Section
2 helow, the'City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby authorize the
closing of an alley separating dots 1, 2 and 3 from Lots 4 and 5 in
Block 27 in the Sanders Arcadia Subdivision in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, more particularly described as follows:
Said alley being located mid -way between
Davis Street and Banders Street, and ex-
tendin? in a westwardly direction from
Birch Street to the boundary line of
Bellemeade Subdivision, said alley tieing
108.84 feet long and 20.0 feet wide, and
separating Lots 1, 2 and 3 from Lots 4 and
5 in Block 27 in the Sanders Arcadia Sub-
division as shown by plat recorded in Plat
Book "A", pages 218-219 in the McCracken
'County Court Clerk's office.
SECTION 2, That as a condition for the authorizing of the
closing of the alley described in Section 1, and as a condition precedent
to the institution of the action authorized in Section 3 hereof, Julius
B. Rebstock, the owner of Lots Nos. 3 and 4 in Block 27 of Sanders
Arcadia Subdivision, will dedicate to the City of Paducah a strip of
land five (5) feet in width immediately adjacent to Davis Street for
the widening of said Davis Street,
SECTION 3_ That, upon the performance of the condition set
out in Section 2, the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
.e, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute,
pursuant to Section 9G.360 of Kentucky Revised Statutes, an action in the
