AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF THE POSITION OF
SPECIAL COUNSEL TO THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY, PRESCRIBING
THE DUTIES OF SAME AND THE COMPENSATION THEREFOR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1.. There is hereby created and established the
position of Special Counsel to the Legal Department of the City of
Paducah., Kentucky. .
SECTION 2. The duties of said Special Counsel shall be those
as may be prescribed and established by the City Manager and/or the
Corporation Counsel.
SECTION 3. The salary of the.Special Counsel shall be $300.00
per month., payable as other city salaries are.paid.
SECTION 4. The position of Special Counsel created by this
ordinance shall not be under civil service.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
