I \l AN ORDINANCE AI•ENDIIdG SECTION 12 OF AN ORDINANCE ED?TITLED "AA; ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING RULES FOR THE BOARD OF COhMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FIXING THE TINE FOR HOLDING REGULAR MEETINGS OF SAID BOARD, AND REPEALING ALL RULES AND ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH", I:'HICH WAS ADOPTED ON DECEIVER 4, 1951, AND AI.1ENDED ON JANUARY 11, 19h6 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COY11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 12 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on December 4, 1951, and amended on January 11, 1966, be, and the same is hereb-r amended so that said section as amended shall read as follows: , "SECTION 12. The Regular Meetings of the Board of Commissioners }.cam... 12 - shall be held at 7:30 o'clock. P.M. on each Tuesday, except when such meetings will fall on a legal holiday, then the Regular Meeting of �7 ' "f f•'- rG said Board will be held on the following day/ at the same hour. J Special or called meetings may be held upon the request of the Ma;,or or two members of the Board of Commissioners if written notice thereof is delivered to each member or to his or her residence or business address twenty-four hours prior to the time that such meeting is to he held. Provided, however, a special or called meeting may he held at any date and 'hour without written notice provided the Mayor and all members of the Board of Commissioners are present at such meeting. Executed or accepted notices shall be filed with the City Clerk and spread upon the minutes. The agenda for each meeting shall close at 12:00 o'clock noon on the day before the meeting, and immediately thereafter the Clerk shall prepare a typed agenda and send a copy of same to each member of the Board of Commissioners together with any supporting; data and recommendations of. the City Manager. No business not on the agenda will he considered if objected to by any member present. No ordinance will be considered if objected to by any member present who has not been furnished a copy of same at. least 24 hours prior to the meeting." SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
