HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 15, Page 1020, No Resolution Number1020 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH", KENTUCKY, AN AGREEMENT WITH PADUCAH ABD ILLINOIS RAILROAD COMPANY, GRANTING PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A hh-INCH REINFORCED CONCRETE STORM WATER PIPE UNDER TRACKS AND PROPERTY OF SAID RAILROAD COMPANY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to execute an Agreement with Paducah & Illinois Railroad Company,-rantinF permission to the City to construct and maintain a h4 -inch reinforced concrete storm water pipe line across and underneath the waylands and tracks of the Railroad Company in a 66 inch 12 gape steel casing pipe beneath one track within the limits of a public street at Mile Post 11 plus 55 feet near Paducah, Kentucky; to be installed by tunneling; gravity flow, thereby approving and ratifying all the conditions of such Agreement executed as of July 14, 1966. SECTION 2. This Resolution. shall ^e in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
