A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO CTS OF PADUCAH, INC.
TO CONSTRUCT AN EIGHT INCH NATER LINE FOR FIRE PROTECTION PURPOSES
ON THE EAST SIDE OF ELLIS STREET SOUTH OF 8TH STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That permission is hereby Franted to CTS of
Paducah, Inc. to construct an eight inch water line for fire
protection purposes on the east side of Ellis Street, south of
8th Street in Paducah, Kentucky. Said line to be buried
approximately 3.5 feet in depth and to be situated 7 feet west
of the east property line of Ellis Street, and extending south-
wardly approximately 210 feet .from the south line of North 8th
Street.
SECTION 2. CTS of Paducah, Inc. and its Agents, employees
and contractors shall install such water line according to Food
enpineerinp practices, and shall cause the surface of the said
right-of-way to be replaced in the same condition as it was
before the installation.
SECTION 3. CTS of Paducah, Inc. shall spree to save
harmless the City of Paducah from the claim or claims of any
persons, firms or corporations for damages sustained to persons
or property by reason of such installation and continued use thereof.
SECTION L. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
