AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WEST KENTUCKY PAVING
COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF GREEN TENNIS COURT SURFACE
SEALER, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PURCHASE
CONTRACT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of .West Kentucky Paving Company
for the sale to the City of 180 gallons of Green Tennis Court
Surface Sealer for use upon the tennis courts at Noble Park and
Barkley Park, at the.price of $4.00 per gallon F.O.B.Paducah,
Kentucky, be accepted.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be authorized to enter
into a contract for the purchase of the merchandise described in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
