ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITIONS OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS AND
CHIEF FOREMAN OF THE REFUSE DIVISION, PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES
OF SAID POSITIONS AND THE SALARIES THEREOF", WHICH WAS ADOPTED
ON APRIL 26, 1955.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C004ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title j
quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners
on April 26, 1955, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
