OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, NOT TO CONSTRUCT OR CAUSE TO BE
CONSTRUCTED ANY ADDITIONAL WATER MAINS, OR ANY EXTENSIONS OF
EXISTING MAINS, OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LI14ITS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That from and after the adoption of this k'"✓'�
ordinance the Commissioners of Water Works of the City of Paducah, -94
Kentucky, are hereby directed not to construct, or cause to be
constructed, any additional water mains, or any extensions of
existing mains, outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward
a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Chairman of the Commission-
ers of Slater Works.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
