FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1963 FORD TRUCK FOR USE BY THE PARKS, PLAYGROUND AND RECREATION BOARD, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid of King -Woodall Motors, Inc. in the sum of $1,925.54, less $270.42 for trade-in of one (1) 1951 International truck, making a total delivery cost of $1,655.12 for the sale to the City of one (1) new 1963 Ford F-250 truck, for use by the Parks, Playground and Recreation Board of the City, having the specifications as set forth in the bid for same submitted by the said King -Woodall Motors, Inc. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said motor vehicle as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
