BETWEEN GOODMAN STREET AND FAIRMONT STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby
authorize the closing of all that portion of Morgan Street
situated between Goodman Street and Fairmony Street.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized and
empowered to institute and prosecute, pursuant to the pro-
visions of KRS 94.360, an action in the McCracken Circuit
Court for a Judgment ordering the closing of that portion of
the street referred to in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
