FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1963 IMPALA FOUR DOOR AUTOMOBILE, PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL .BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Taylor -Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. in the sum of $2,394.03 less $1,100.00 for trade-in of one (1) 1961 Ford, being Police Car No. 2, making a total delivery cost of $1,294.03 for the sale to the City of one (1) new 1963 Chevrolet Impala Four Door Automobile, having the specifications as set forth in the bid for same submitted by said Taylor -Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said motor vehicle as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
