A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE BID AND CONTRACT PROPOSAL OF
L. E. CROLLEY, DOING BUSINESS AS CROLLEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS UNDER CONTRACT NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, receive and file the bid and contract proposal
of L. E. Crolley, doing business as Crolley Construction Company,
for the construction of sanitary sewers under Contract No. 1
tendered on September 19, 1962, and that such bid and proposal
be approved by said Board subject to the approval of the Regional
Administrator of Community Facilities Administration; and that the
City Manager submit two (2) conformed copies of said bid and
contract proposal and two (2) certified copies of this resolution
to said Administrator.
SECTION 2. Upon the approval by the Regional Administrator of
Community Facilities Administration of the bid and contract proposal
set out in Section 1 hereof, the Mayor of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
shall execute such contract proposal on behalf of said City.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
