AN ORDINANCE CLOSING THE ALLEY BETIWEEN TRIMBLE STREET AND
LaCLEDE, AND EXTENDING FROM JOE CLIFTON DRIVE TO 29TH STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby
authorize the closing of all of the alley between Trimble Street and
LaClede, extending from Joe Clifton Drive to 29th Street in Paducah,
Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, is hereby authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute,
pursuant to the provisions of KRS 94.360, an action in the McCracken
Circuit Court for judgment ordering the closing of the alley referred
to in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
