HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 14, Page 763, No Ordinance Number763 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COPU4ISSION RESPECTING THE ADENDDIENT OF SECTION 25 -A -4-(k) OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE - 1961, AND ADWNDING SAID ORDINANCE IN THAT RESPECT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CODU-IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah-DlcCracken County Planning Commission on July 27, 1962, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-DIcCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COPUTIISSION ON THE PROPOSED A14END14ENT OF SECTION 25 -A -4-(k) OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE - 1961", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That Section 25 -A -4-(k) of the Paducah Zoning Ordinance - 1961, which is one of the recited permissive uses in a B-4 Commercial Zone, shall be, and it is hereby, amended to read as follows: "Tire Retreading and Recapping, provided it is incidental to general tire sales and service, and provided that not more than ten (10a) per cent of the usable floor area of any one floor of a building, or not more than 1500 square feet, whichever is smaller, is devoted to such business activity." SECTION 3. That is any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full froce and effect from and after its adoption.
