AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF AN ALLEY AND PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT ON PROPERTY OF DR. JOHN E. BRYAN, SITUATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF PARK AVENUE AND LEVIN AVENUE
WHEREAS, on June 12, 1962, this Commission adopted an
ordinance entitled "AAI ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF AN ALLEY
AND A PUBLIC UTILITY EASE14ENT ON THE PROPERTY OF DR. JOHN E. BRYAN,
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF LEVIN AVENUE
AND PARK AVENUE", and
WHEREAS, the plat referred to in said ordinance contained
some engineering omissions, and
WHEREAS, a revised plat in acceptable form has now been tendered,
from which a more accurate determination of the said dedication may now
be made,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the dedication of the aforesaid alley and
public utility easement shall be, and it is hereby, accepted, the
boundaries thereof being as shown on said revised plat.
SECTION 2. That this action shall not constitute an undertaking
on the part of this Board or the City of Paducah .for the improvement of
said alley, that being a matter for separate consideration and action.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall constitute a supplement
to the aforesaid ordinance of June 12, 1962 for purposes of clarification.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
