A RESOLUTION AMENDING sections 2 AND 4 OF A Resolution entitled
"A RESOLUTION SETTING OUT THE NEED FOR THE CREATION OF AN AGENCY FOR
THE EXERCISE OF SUCH POWERS, FUNCTIONS, AND DUTIES CRANTED BY CHAPTER
99 OF THE KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES AND AUTHORIZING THE CREATION OF
SUCH AN AGENCY HEREIN", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY ON FEBRUARY 23, 1960 AND AMENDED ON
MARCH 1$, 196o -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sections 2 and 4 of a Resolution containing
the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners
of the city of paducah, kentucky on February 23, 1960, and amended on
March 18, 1960, be amended so that said sections as amended shall
read as follows:
"SECTION 2. Said Agency shall be named the Urban Renewal and
Community Development Agency.
"SECTION L. The Agency herein created shall also be known
as the Slum Clearance and Development Agency of the City of Paducah".
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
