HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 14, Page 735, No Ordinance Number735 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF THE PROPERTY OF A. L. RILEY, SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PINES ROAD, WEST OF FRIEDMAN LANE, EXTENDED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken County Planning Commission on May 2, 1962, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF A. L. RILEY, SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PINES ROAD, EAST OF FRIEDMAN LANE, EXTENDED", and a supplemental resolution adopted by the said Commission i on June 6, 1962, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING A SUPPLEMENTAL FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-MCCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF A. L.RILEY, SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PINES ROAD WEST OF FRIEDMAN LANE, EXTENDED", shall be, and they are hereby, approved jointly as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters set forth therein. SECTION 2. That the subdivision of the property of A.L. t Riley, situated on the south side of Pines Road, west of Friedman Lane, extended, shall be, and it is hereby, approved as shorn on I the plat referred to in the aforesaid resolutions,which said plat is entitled "Plat of the A. L. Riley Subdivision, Paducah, Kentucky", and is dated April 16, 19623 it having been certified by Robert H. Florence, Engineer and said property is hereby declared to be sub- divided as shorn on said plat. SECTION 3. That the dedication of the public rights-of-way shown on said plat, shall be, and it is hereby, accepted, but said acceptance shall not constitute an undertaking on the part of this Board or of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the improving or main- tenance of said rights -o£ -way, that being a matter for separate consideration and action. SECTION 4. That compliance with all applicable provisions of the Paducah Subdivision Ordinance respecting the improvement of the said rights-of-way shall be, and it is hereby, waived, and there i is specifically reserved for future determination the obligation of the subdivider in that respect. SECTION 5. That if any section, paragraph and provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, "r36 paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
