INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1962 PANEL TRUCK FOR
USE IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE
MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COA'UdISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of West Kentucky Motor Company, Inc. in the sum of $2,148.25
for the sale to the City of one (1) new 1962 GMC Panel Truck,
having specifications as set out in the bid submitted by said
West Kentucky Motor Company, Inc.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said
motor vehicle as set out in Section 1.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
