FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) 1000 G.P.M. TRIPLE COMBINATION
PUMPER FIRE TRUCK, MODEL 41 B, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAME, AND
PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE
SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Peter Pirsch & Sons Company for
the sale to the City of One (1) Model 41 B, 1000 G.P.M. Triple
Combination Pumper Fire Truck with 300 HP motor, having the
specifications as set out in the resolution authorizing the
City Manager to advertise for bids adopted by the Board of
Commissioners on August 15, 1961, and as set forth in the bid
submitted on said equipment by Peter Pirsch & Sons Company, at
the price of {p25,435.80 be accepted, and that the City Manager
be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract on
behalf of the City for the purchase of same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
