AN ORDINANCE IVENDING SEC' TON 1 OF All ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF PAY FOR CERTAIN
PION -CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH", WHICH ,IAS
ADOPTED ON MARCH 16, 1957, AND AMENDED ON JANUARY 20, 1959
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the
title quoted above, which was adopted on March 16, 1957, and amended
on January 20, 1959, be, and the same is hereby amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as follows:

"SECTION 1. That from and including May 1, 1959, the monthly
rate of compensation to the following non -civil service employees ;,'"r f 2
of the City of Paducah shall be .the amount set opposite the 14
designation of such employment, to -wit: h ' j

After the person has occupied the position of
Field -Office
Helper for a period of six months the salary
thereof, upon
recommendation of the City ;Manager, shall be
,1275.00 per month,
and at the end of twelve months, upon recommendation
of the
City Manager, said salary shall be 5;2$0.00 per
month."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
