AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF TAYLOR -WILSON CHEVROLET-CADILLAC
INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1962 CHEVROLET PICK-UP
TRUCK FOR USE IN THE PARK DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid
of Taylor -Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. in the sum of Q1,661.01
less ;,140.00 for trade-in of one (1) 1948 Chevrolet truck, making
total delivery cost of 9"1,521.01, for the sale to the City of one (1)
new 1962 Chevrolet one-half ton pick-up truck having the specifications
as set out in the bid submitted by the said Taylor -Wilson Chevrolet -
Cadillac, Inc.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for the purchase of said motor vehicle as
set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form
in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
