AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN II
COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF
ZETTIE RIDGEWAY ET AL, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF LEVIN AVENUE SOUTH
OF PARK AVENUE, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, AND SUB-
DIVIDING SAID PROPERTY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KEN^aUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken
County Planning Commission on November 1, 1961, entitled: "A
RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN i
COUNTY PLANNING C014MISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY
OF ZETTIE RIDGEWAY ET AL, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF LEVIN AVENUE
SOUTH OF PARK AVENUE", and the plat referred to therein shall be,

and they are hereby, approved as the final report of said Commission
I
respecting the matters therein set forth, which said plat is entitled
"Resubdivision of the Sylvester Ridgeway, Calvin Talley, and Zetta
Ridgeway Property on East side of Levin Avenue, Paducah, Kentucky", ,
dated October 13, 1961, and bears the certificate of Engineer Elmer Y. Hollisj

SECTION 2. That the subdivision of the property shown on said plat
shall be, and it is hereby, approved.
SECTION 3. That the dedication of the public right: -of -way shown
on said plat shall be, and it is hereby, accepted, but such acceptance
shall not constitute an undertaking on the part of the City of Paducah
or this Board for the improving or maintenance of said right-of-way,
that being a matter for separate consideration and action.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of
this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or
invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section,
paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph
or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this
ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision
hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
