AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHZNG`i OF THE GRADE OF
PROPOSED HIGHWAY PROJECT DESIGNATING THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS
AS AGENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND CONVEYING CERTAIN
STREET RIGHT OF WAY TO THE COMMONWEALTH; AND THE ASSUMPTION OF
CERTAIN LIABILITIES BY THE CITY", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD
OF COMMISSIONERS ON FEBRUARY 28, 1961
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH,.KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the
title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Com-
missioners on February 28, 1961, be, and the same is hereby
amended so that said Section as amended shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1. The location and plans for the construction
of the above referenced project insofar as same is within the
corporate limits of the city and insofar as shown by the
revised and amedded plans which are on file in the department
at Frankfort, Kentucky, copies of which have been furnished,
or to be furnished, to the city."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
.from and after its adoption.
