A RESOLUTION FI_M,!G TILE CO14IPEHSATION OF THE I1DIBERS OF TIS
ELECTRIC PLANT BOARD OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IOZETUCKY
'J11DREAS, KRS 96.750 provides that the salary of each
member of the Electric Plant Board shall be fixed by the governing
body of the municipality and that such salary in a city of the
second class shall not exceed ,1000.00 per annum.
KO'J THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI•I'IISSIOAIERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, !TNTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the salary of each member of the Electric
Plant Board of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, Robert L. Nolan, Ernest
P. Mitchell, Jerome IIarris, Leon Searles and Raleigh L. Brockman, be
fixed at the rate of ,,}1000.00 per year retroactive for each member
to the date of his appointment to said board, and continuing to
September 1, 1961; and after September 1, 1961 at the rate of •,x5.00
per year during their terms as members of said board or until their
terms expire.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of this Board shall forward a
certified copy of this Resolution to the Superintendent of the Paducah
Power System and to Robert L. Nalan, Chairman of said Electric Plant
Board.
SECTIOP 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
