A RESOLUTION SELECTING AND DESIGNATING SCHUETTE ?c TAYLOR,
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTAINTS OF PADUCAII, KENTUCKY, TO AUDIT THE
RECORDS OF THE ELECTRIC PLAINT BOARD OF THE CITY OF PADUCAII, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, KRS 96.$1F0 provides that an audit of the records
of the Electric Plant Board shall be made annually by an auditor
selected by the Legislative Body of the city and that the expense
of said audit shall constitute an operating expense of the Board.
NOiJ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C01-11ISSIO11ERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Schuette & Taylor, Certified Public Accountants
of Paducah, Kentucky, are hereby selected and designated to audit the
records of the Electric Plant Board of the City of Paducah, Kentucky
as provided by IMS 96.$40, and that the expense of such audit shall
constitute an operating expense of said Board.
SECTION 2. The compensation for such audit shall be as
follows:
,:75°00 per day for services of each partner of said firm
;60.00 per day for services of each senior accountant of
said firm
„50.00 per day for services of each junior accountant of
said firm;
however, the total cost of said audit shall not exceed the sum of .,;3000.00.
SECTION 3. The Clerk of this Board shall formrard a certified
copy of this Resolution to the Superintendent of the Paducah Power
System and to Robert L. Nolan, Chairman of said Electric Plant Board.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
