API ORDINANCE CLOSING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK "B" OF
BELMONT HEIGHTS ADDITION TO PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CORPORATION COUiQSEL TO INSTITUTE ACTION
FOR SUCH CLOSING IPI McCRACKEN CIRCUIT COURT
BE IT_ ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP.YNISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KEFTUCKY.
SECTIOPI 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does
hereby authorize the closing of all of the alley in Block
"B" in Belmont Heights Addition to Paducah, Kentucky, between
Clay Street and Trimble Street and extending from the west
line of 30th Street to the east line of 31st Street.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby authorized and empowered to
institute and prosecute, pursuant to the provisions of
KRS 94„360, an action in McCracken Circuit Court for a
judgment ordering the closing of said alley as described
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
