HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 14, Page 582, No Ordinance NumberI 5$2 /J AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF A CITY PHYSICIAN FOR THE TREATMENT OF ALL INDIGENT GRU TE CITIZEND OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED BY THE CITY PHYSICIAN; FIXING THE AD40UNT OF HIS COMPENSATION; AND RE- PEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH," WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JANUARY 23, 1951, AND AMENDED ON SEPTEMBER 27, 1955 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMtiMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 23, 1951, and amended on September 27, 1955, be, and the same is hereby further amended so that said Section as amended shall read as follows: "SECTION 3. The compensation of the City Physician shall be $750.00 per month, the amount of said salary to be paid to him at the same time as the salaries of other city employees are paid." SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
