AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HENRY A. PETTER SUPPLY
COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) FIRE HOSE DRYER, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAME, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Henry A. Petter Supply Company
for the sale to the City of One (1) DL -555 Circul-Air Fire Hose
Dryer having the specifications as set out in the Resolution
authorizing the City Manager to advertise for bids, adopted by
the Board of Commissioners on June 20, 1961, at the price of
$720.50 be accepted, and that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized to enter into and execute a contract on behalf
of the City for the purchase of same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
