AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FIMIAL REPORT OF TILE PLANNING AND
ZONING COM^u•4ISSION OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH AID MUNICIPAL AREA, MicCRACIEN
COUNTY, KENTUCKY ON THE "GENERAL PLAN, 196111, AND APPROVING SAID PLAN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Paducah and Municipal Area,
McCracken County, Kentucky on May 31, 1961, entitled "A RESOLUTION
CONSTI^lUTING THE FINIAL REPORT OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND MUNICIPAL AREA, MfcCRACIEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY,
ON THE +GENERAL PLAN, 1961+" shall be, and it is hereby, approved as
the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein
set forth.
SECTION 2. That said "GENERAL PLAN, 1961t, shall be, and it is
hereby; approved for the uses and purposes for which it was formulated,
as set forth therein, and a copy thereof shall be spread upon the
official records of this Board.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of
this Ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or in-
valid for any cause, phe deficiency or invalidity of such section,
paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph
or provision, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to
make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable
from all other sections, paragbaphs and provisions.
SECTION 4.. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
