COUNTY, KENTUCKY 0I1 THE "COARU'iNITY FACILITIES PLAIN, 196111, AND
APPROVING SAID PLAN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP+IVIISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Paducah and Municipal Area, McCracken
County, Kentucky on May 31, 1961, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTIP:G
THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING C0114ISSION OF TIE CITY OF
PADUCAH AND 11 -TU ICIPAL AREA, McCRACKEiN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, NTUCKY, ON THE
4COPTiUNITY FACILITIES PLAIT, 196141 shall be, and it is hereby
approved as the final report of saidCommission respecting the matters
therein set forth.
SECTION 2_ That said "COI=11UNITY FACILITIES PLAN, 1961" shall be,
and it is hereby, approved for the uses and purposes for which it
was formulated, as set forth therein, and a copy thereof shall be
spread upon -the official records of this Board.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of
this Ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid
for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph
or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision,
it being the purpose and intent of this.ordinance to make each and every
section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections,
paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
