AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CARDINAL CARRYOR COPTANY,
INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) DEI,1PSTER DUMPSTER HOIST
UNIT FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR TIE
PURCHASE OF SAA1E, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON
WHICH SAID PURCHASE SHALL BE P?ADE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C011 ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF !�
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC1TION 1. That the bid of Cardinal Carryor Company, Inc.
for the sale to the City of One (1) Model 303-C LFW Dempster
Dumpster Hoist Unit having specifications as called for in the
Resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of

Paducah on April 11, 1961,for the purchase price of .;92,$20.00, be
accepted, and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into and execute, on behalf of the City, a contract for
the purchase of said equipment.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced at a meeting
of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one (1)
week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall
be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full
force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
